Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and butter. Cream well. Add eggs. Beat well. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool before serving. Yields one 9-inch pie.
