Cracker Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 packs Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken for about 30 to 40 minutes on about medium heat. After chicken is done, cut into small pieces and put in a large casserole dish. In a boiler, combine all soups, 1 cup of broth from chicken, sour cream, about 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper (salt and pepper may vary, depending on your taste). Continue to
    stir sauce so that it doesn't stick and burn. Cook on low heat. When sauce is warm, pour over chicken. Carefully stir to mix well. Crush crackers and cover top completely. Add a generous amount of melted butter (or squeeze butter) to the top. Cook in oven until crackers start browning (15 to 25 minutes). Keep an eye on it; it will burn easily without enough butter on the crackers. ENJOY!!!!
