Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. raw rice
    1 medium finely chopped onion
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well and shape into balls.
    Fry on all sides and cover with 1 can stewed tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Turn on low heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
