Eve'S Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 3/4 c. large ripe bananas
Preparation
    Stir oil into dry ingredients to moisten with beaten eggs. Add pecans, pineapple and mashed bananas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
