Ingredients

3 c. apricot nectar
1 (6 oz.) box orange Jell-O
3 c. vanilla ice cream
orange slices for garnish
Preparation

Boil 2 1/2 cups apricot nectar.
Add the Jell-O and mix well. Add the ice cream and 3/4 cup cold apricot nectar.
Mix until ice cream is melted and mixture is well blended.
Pour into mold and refrigerate overnight.
