Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. pecans (reserve for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for 1 cup pecans.
    Shape and roll into 2 balls.
    Roll balls in 1 cup pecans.
    Refrigerate 6 hours.
