Simple Coffee Cake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in center of dry mixture.
Combine eggs, oil and milk; add all at once to dry mixture and stir just to moisten.
Pour into greased 8-inch round dish; sprinkle with topping.
Heat for 8 to 9 minutes, giving dish 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
Yields 1 cake.
