Chili Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. almonds (blanched), filberts or walnuts
Preparation

Melt the butter over low heat in a frying pan large enough to avoid crowding.
Stir to coat the nuts and shake the pan over low heat for 8 or 10 minutes.
Turn onto paper towels to drain, then sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of chili powder.
Toss until coated and serve warm.
