Orange Chocolate Charlotte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peel of 1 orange, grated
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    juice of 3 oranges
    12 oz. Ghirardelli dark sweet chocolate
    3 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1 pack vanilla sugar or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    5 oz. pkg. ladyfingers
    6 eggs, separated
    6 oz. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place orange peel and milk in a saucepan over low heat; bring just to a boil.
    Dissolve 1 tablespoon sugar in orange juice in a shallow dish.
    Set aside. Place chocolate in a large bowl; cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on Low power for 2 1/2 minutes.
    Add butter and stir well.
