Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 tsp. Yuban instant coffee
4 c. water
3 c. sugar
3 c. vodka
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Simmer the coffee, water and sugar for 2 hours (fairly thick syrup).
When this is cool, add the vodka and vanilla.
Makes about 2 wine bottles full.
