A Traditional Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    14 c. fresh ground wheat flour (more or less)
Preparation
    Mix in a large bowl.
    Dissolve yeast in warm liquid (85\u00b0) with 1 teaspoon honey.
    When it bubbles up (5 to 10 minutes), add remaining honey, salt, oil and 3 cups flour.
    Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed with mixer.
    Add 1 more cup flour; beat briefly. Add remaining flour until you have a soft dough.
    Turn dough out onto a firm, lightly floured surface.
    Knead the dough by hand, pushing the palms of your hands firmly into the dough, folding the dough in half towards you and giving it a quarter turn.
    Repeat. Do this for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add more flour as you knead; don't allow dough to get too dry.
