New Orleans "Cream Cheese" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
Preparation

In small bowl, using high speed of electric mixer, beat cottage cheese until smooth.
Then add sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until very smooth.
Next, pour cheese mixture into 8 muffin-sized paper liners.
Place within cups of metal muffin pan.
Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).*
