Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
7 eggs
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
In bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasonings (with wire whisk).
Add bread cubes, grated cheese and meat.
Stir.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve warm.
