Baked Grits With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits, cooked
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook grits.
    Add 1 1/2 c. cheese reserving enough for top. Add eggs and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
