Sugarless Bars For Diabetic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. dates
1 c. water
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Boil the raisins, dates, pineapple and water for 3 minutes. Add margarine to this mixture; let cool.
Mix flour, baking soda, eggs and vanilla; add to the cool fruit mixture.
Add nuts.
Put in a 10 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes, or until done.
