Mary'S Famous Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz. each) cans sliced pineapple in juice, undrained
    2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all purpose flour
    1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Drain sliced pineapple, saving 1/3 cup juice. Place pineapple slices in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining pineapple juice, sugar and flour in small mixing bowl. Pour mixture over cheese. Combine cracker crumbs and butter in small mixing bowl and sprinkle over flour mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
