Boston Style Butt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. smoked shoulder butt
prepared mustard
whole cloves
1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Place meat in deep kettle; cover with water.
Simmer for 60 minutes per pound or until tender.
Remove from water.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Spread meat with mustard and stud with whole cloves.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until meat is glazed.
