No-Fry Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken, skinned
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Dip chicken in skim milk to which has been added the hot sauce.
    Mix cornflakes, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken in cornflake mixture.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a pan lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.
    Brown under broiler for 5 minutes.
    Do not turn chicken.
