Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. plain flour
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix until crumbly the butter, flour and confectioners sugar. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Beat eggs and add 2 cups sugar (regular).
    Add tablespoon of flour, lemon juice and baking powder.
    Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes more. Cool and cut into squares.
    Can be topped with extra confectioners sugar.
