Turkey Buffet Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked turkey, cubed
1 c. American cheese, cubed
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sage
4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
4 c. cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. ground nuts
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 or 3 bananas, sliced
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger and add soup and 1/2 can water.
Simmer until thickened.
Prepare rice according to the number of people you are serving.
Place in separate bowls each of the remaining ingredients.
