Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced and parboiled
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Place parboiled potatoes in casserole dish. In a boiler, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and cook until cheese melts. Pour sauce over potatoes. Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
