Fish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Cajun King etouffee seasoning mix
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup butter, divided
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 lb. fish fillets
    Cajun seasoning
Preparation
    Rehydrate etouffee mix in 1 cup water.
    Slowly add rehydrated mixture to 1/2 cup melted butter, stirring until well blended. Add crabmeat and simmer 10 minutes.
