Hawaiian Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 egg
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    3/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream the shortening, sugar and extracts.
    Beat in egg until mixture is fluffy. Blend in flour, fruit and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
