Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can pumpkin (3 1/2 c.)
    9 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    5 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake until firm at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Insert silver knife 1-inch from side to test doneness; should come out clean.
    Makes 4 (8-inch) or three (9-inch) pies.
