Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. mashed banana
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream the sugar and shortening.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, and stir in banana.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with orange juice. Stir in nuts.
Bake in greased loaf pan from 60 to 75 minutes at 325\u00b0.
