White Sauce(Basic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat in saucepan.
    Slowly add flour and blend for about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in the milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Cook and stir sauce with wire whisk or wooden spoon until thickened and smooth.
