Ingredients

4 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1 c. skim milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 c. fresh cauliflowerets
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Combine broccoli and cauliflower in steamer and cook until tender.
In a medium bowl, blend remaining ingredients with a wire whisk.
Cook in a saucepan until thickened.
Stir while cooking. Pour over vegetables.
