Hot Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. chicken wings
    seasoned salt
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 large bottle Durkee hot sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken wings apart at each joint.
    Discard tips.
    Coat with seasoned salt.
    Deep fry at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes until browned. Melt butter; add hot sauce and heat in saucepan until warm.
    Dip wings in sauce and place on baking rack in roasting pan.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
