French Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. cream, whipped
    6 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Combine water and chocolate and cook over low flame until smooth, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes.
    Add sugar and salt; continue to cook, stirring until thick, about 4 minutes longer.
    Cool.
    Whip cream.
    Fold chocolate mixture into cream. To serve, place 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of mixture in a mug. Fill with hot milk.
