Mexican Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 large green or red peppers
    2 large Spanish onions
    32 oz. Mexican style chili beans
    32 oz. fresh stewed tomatoes
    4 oz. green chiles or jalapeno peppers, cut up with juice
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili powder (optional: red pepper)
Preparation
    Brown meat with green or red peppers (finely chopped or bite-size).
    Add onions.
    Drain off fat.
    Blend in remaining items. Let stew in crock-pot for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    This will enhance flavor.
    Serve topped with grated cheese and sour cream and don't forget the crackers.
