Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 pie shell
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and milk together, set aside. In saucepan, mix together flour and sugar.
Add egg and milk, vanilla and butter. Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add coconut.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites and put on top.
