Mushroom Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. finely diced onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter (more can be added, if needed) in large frying pan and saute onions briefly before adding sliced mushrooms.
    Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, until moisture disappears.
    Add cream and flour (Wondra) to thicken slightly.
    Remove from heat.
    Season to taste.
