Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. milk
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can of chicken broth (not condensed)
dash of salt and paprika
8 oz. cubed sharp cheddar cheese
4 c. of diced, cooked potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
4 Tbsp. crumbled bacon (or bacon bits)
Preparation

Melt butter.
Blend in flour.
Add milk, broth, salt and paprika.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Reduce heat.
Add cheese.
Stir to melt.
Add potatoes, onions and bacon bits. Simmer 15 minutes.
Serves six.
