Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients (except sugar).
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs, beating after each addition.
    Add dry ingredients to this mixture and mix well.
    Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
