Cheesy Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med head cauliflower (about 1 lb)
    4 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp salt
    Dash pepper
    1 tsp fresh snipped parsley
    1/2 C milk
    1 C shredded cheddar cheese
    1/3 C fat free sour cream
Preparation
    Break off outer leaves of the cauliflower and trim the stem close to the base.
    Wash in cool water; shake off the excess.
