Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 bell pepper, cut in small pieces
    1 pkg. frozen pea pods
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
    Add garlic and ginger. Remove from heat, pour off drippings.
    In same skillet, add oil. Stir-fry peppers and pea pods until crisp and tender.
    Add cooked rice, soy sauce and olive oil.
    Mix well and add the cooked beef and onions and heat about 5 minutes.
    Ready.
