Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple (use juice)
1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation

Blend and pour in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Turn oven temperature down to 350\u00b0 and bake another 10 minutes.
Do not overbake.
(The 2 oven settings will prevent the crust from becoming soggy.)
