Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 serving) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
1 c. unsweetened apple juice
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. apple pie spice
3 1/2 c. cored unpeeled and diced apples
1 (6 oz.) Keebler graham cracker pie crust
6 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs or 6 (2 1/2-inch) graham cracker squares, made into crumbs (roll out between wax paper)
1 Tbsp. brown Sugar Twin or 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In a
large saucepan, combine apples, dry pudding mix, water, spices and apple juice. Stir in apples all together. Cook over medium heat until apples soften and mixture starts to boil, stirring often. Spoon hot apples into pie crust. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown Sugar Twin and pecans. Sprinkle crumbs over the top. Bake 18 to 22 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream or sherbet.
