Veal Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal cubes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped fine or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1 c. flour
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and peppers in a large paper bag.
    Add veal cubes and shake until cubes are lightly and evenly coated with flour mixture.
