Mexican Breakfast Or Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 c. Monterey cheese
    10 corn tortilla shells (from dairy department), cut into 1/4 pieces
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can Mexican corn
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam and set aside.
    Beat eggs lightly with milk.
    Put shells in dish and pour egg mixture and corn on top of shells.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until set and browned.
