Western Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 small potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Scrub and slice potatoes very thin (leave the potatoes unpeeled).
    Melt butter and mix dry onion soup.
    Put layers of potatoes into 1-quart casserole and drizzle with onion and butter mixture.
    Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water; cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
