Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deer meat roast
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 or 2 onions
    vegetables
Preparation
    Put roast in large pan containing cold water and 1 tablespoon vinegar and soak overnight. Rinse and put in roast pan with oil and onions. Bake at 300\u00b0 about 3 hours or until tender. Vegetables can be added about the last hour.
