Mexicale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish; set aside. Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
    Stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes and corn. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour into prepared dish. Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions; pour over ground beef mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
