Barley Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. barley (cook according to directions)
    4 c. sliced apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Arrange apples in a greased pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients
    with barley and spoon on top of apples. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Can be served warm or cool as a dessert.
