Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hot sausage
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 medium box biscuit mix
Preparation

Combine cheese and sausage; add hot sauce and biscuit mix. Blend well.
Dough will be stiff.
Roll in small balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
