Hawaiian Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    orange muffin mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine orange muffin mix and flaked coconut.
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon syrup.
    Add pineapple, beaten egg and milk to dry ingredients.
    Blend only until dry ingredients are moistened.
