Caramel Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained
1 medium can pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. honey
1 stick margarine
small marshmallows

Preparation

Mash all ingredients together.
Place in oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done at 450\u00b0.
Put marshmallows on top and brown.
