Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. crab meat
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
    dash of salt (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onion.
    In a bowl, beat eggs; then add sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and crab meat.
    Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
