Three Way Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. (28 oz. can) peeled whole tomatoes and juice
    1 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. diced green chiles
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or 1 to 2 tsp. dried
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
    Combine tomatoes and juice with remaining ingredients.
    Chill thoroughly before serving. Makes about 5 cups.
