Prosciutto-Parmesan Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large mushrooms
    1 large clove garlic
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped Prosciutto
    3 tbsp. minced parsley leaves
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Cut and cook mushroom stems, garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat, stirring until tender.
    Add Prosciutto, bread crumbs, parsley, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
    Place mixture in mushroom caps.
    Place on lightly greased shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
